Boat Ramp and Dock

Parking and use of the boat dock is for HH residents and their guests only.  All cars that do not display a numbered HH sticker or temporary visitor’s pass is subject to being towed. Please ensure that your car has a HH sticker and that your guests have a temporary visitors’s pass.

HH stickers and visitor passes can be obtained for $5/ea. by calling the HH Business Manager at 423-843-1576 (3 days notice required). Stickers/visitor passes can only be received by an adult homeowner who must show proof of address and registration for all vehicles! Any outstanding assessments/late charges must be paid in full as well.

WARNING: Unattended automobiles parked at the dock that do not display a HH sticker or temporary visitor’s pass WILL BE TOWED
