Deposit:

Deposit to be paid at the pool within 72 hours of party confirmation.  Check must be from the homeowner booking the party and made payable to hhha.  Deposit is refundable if pavilion and pool area are thoroughly cleaned and/or if party is cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled event, except for inclement weather.  Deposits are collected after party confirmation.

During pool hours – $50.00

After pool hours   – $75.00 (until 1 am)

Cost of party:

During pool hours – $50.00 per hour, per 15 swimmers.  If over 15 swimmers, the fee will be $60.00 per hour, not to exceed 25 swimmers (two lifeguards scheduled).

After hours – $100.00 per hour, per 40 swimmers (two lifeguards scheduled).  If over 40 swimmers, the fee will be $150.00 per hour (three lifeguards will be scheduled).

  • Payment must be made in advance
  • All party guests are ultimately your responsibility
  • Lifeguards DO NOT know the swimming ability of your guests
  • Non-resident guests may need to take the swim test at the lifeguard’s request and discretion
  • ONLY mylar balloons
  • Clean up is your responsibility
  • Clean-up includes: All trash picked up and taken out to trash hut, party area swept and hosed off, pool toys away, grill cleaned/turned of/cover replaced, any decorations taken down, kitchen returned to original state and picnic tables moved back to their regular places
  • Lifeguards will check area.
