End-User License Agreement for Hidden Harbor Resident Standing Lookup Tool
Effective Date: 05/23/2025
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Hidden Harbor Homeowners Association (“Provider”, “we”, or “us”) for the use of the Resident Standing Lookup Tool (“Software”).
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Software solely for the purpose of checking your account standing with Hidden Harbor HOA through our QuickBooks integration.
2. Restrictions
You may not:

Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Use the Software for commercial gain or external applications
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with the Provider.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
5. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
